Kickboxing is a fast paced, dynamic and fun sport.

Students will learn how to:

  • Punch and kick effectively
  • Evade
  • Parry
  • Defend against punches and kicks

and ultimately how to transfer these skills into light continuous sparring.

In both of our styles of Martial Arts students will also work on:

  • Discipline
  • Confidence
  • Fitness
  • Strength
  • Power
  • Balance
  • Flexibility
  • Speed

as well as making friends for life and being part of a team.
