Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a fast paced, dynamic and fun sport.
Students will learn how to:
- Punch and kick effectively
- Evade
- Parry
- Defend against punches and kicks
and ultimately how to transfer these skills into light continuous sparring.
In both of our styles of Martial Arts students will also work on:
